Awful - buy a La-Z-Boy insteadsmt
I bought two of these chairs and it was the worst purchase I ever made. They are very uncomfortable. Compared to La-Z-Boy, you cannot sit in these chairs for a long period of time. There is very little padding. Once you find the hidden control and sit back in a reclined position, it is very difficult to return to the upright position. You really have to kick the foot rest hard or it will pop open again. The foot rest has such little padding that after about half an hour the backs of our feet ache. Instead of having a nice comfortable theater seat you can relax in, you are very achy from sitting on such a hard, uncomfortable chair. Buy a La-Z-Boy - they are cheaper and much more comfortable and easier to control. (I do not work for La-Z-Boy.) I gave it a one star rating because zero stars is not an option.

I saw these at the Circuit City prior to purchasing form Amazon. They came well packed and set up was fairly easy. The leather is soft and you can feel and see the quality and the detail. I have owned them for about one year and they look as good as when I purchased them. They come with stainless steel cup holder (nice feature) that accommodates just about any bottle or glass.The recliner hardware is a bit jerky and will takes a little extra effort(pushing down on the foot rest)to close but this should be OK for most people to handle, caution if you have a bad back. I had three pieces delivered each had a slightly different texture to the leather but I understand this is a natural material and you will see subtle differences in the leather finish (all cows are not the same). The color on each matched perfectly and the stitching is first rate.Would recommend.
Surprisingly great!Romantic Heart
We purchased two right arms and two left arms for our media room. This allowed for a center "sofa" area where someone could lie down.The chairs are surprisingly comfortable. Only one chair does not fully recline and I will have to call the in-home warranty service to have it fixed. Nevertheless, the chairs were easy to assemble and have a consistent brown color. As other reviewers have mentioned, it takes a good deal of leg strength to push the leg rests back into place. A good, hearty downward shove seems to do the trick and a little exercise to the legs is good! The cup holders are a good feature. The chairs have high backs for neck support (this was important to our purchase).The entire family can comfortably sit for hours watching a movie or playing video games. Now I must figure out a way to kick out the video-playing teenagers so I can watch a movie!

Their chairs are awesome. They are sturdy, high quality, good-looking theater seats. One MAJOR problem that most people have noted .... VERY difficult to push the footrest back down to it's locked position. We got a great deal on these seats because they were returned by a family who found it to hard to push the footrest back down. They were delivered today, and "yes", it's harder than we thought. I just emailed Bell'o to see if there is an adjustment I can do. If not, we have to hope that with time it gets easier.Just to follow up, we ended up returning the chairs. We loved the way they looked and felt when we sat in them but could not overcome how difficult it was to push the footrest into the locked down position.

I love this chair. I bought it over 4 years ago and it's still like brand new. The best part about these chairs is when you recline them the back slides into the chair allowing then to set back on the wall.

Awesome chairs which arrived as advertised! They are a great addition to my entertainment room. They recline easily and smoothly. Closing them from the reclining position does require a little extra push in the beginning. However, after opening and closing them a number of times, it has become much easier to close. I would recommend these chairs to anyone seeking good quality and style in a theater chair! Perfect! Out with the old, in with the new!
