Great TV StandOORev
We purchased to have a 40" LCD plus 2 external speakers on the side. It fits perfectly. Also, since the TV is in our bedroom, I wanned to have a stand high enough to watch the TV from bed. At 28" high, this stand is perfect.The furniture finishing is great. Easy to assemble. I little bit pricey though

I bought this media console elsewhere for a better price. Prior to the purchase, I wasn't sure how much of the unit is pre-assembled. Turns out, it was not assembled at all. You have to put every piece together yourself, which took about 2 hours for me. Needed a second person to flip the unit during assembly process. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Each piece was labeled with a sticker, which was helpful. The fit and finish were good. Things lined up correctly and it looks sharp.Beware that it may not be deep enough for some of your equipments without modification. My AV receiver would not fit unless I cut out a rectangle in the back. I just cut enough so that the wires and connectors hung out over the edge in the back. This actually simplified the hook up process since all the receiver connections were exposed and also provided better airflow.Overall I am happy with this cabinet and would recommend it.

This is not furniture for a bright room. It has at least three types of finishes. The top looks like the finish is done by splashing stain on a slanted board. The tolerances are generous, to the point of having the largest gap ON THE FRONT. I have it in a darkened viewing room, so the cosmetics aren't an issue. Very solid, easy to build. I have a 75" tv on it and it looks good.

When looking for a lowboy, I first went shopping at local "value" furniture outlets. The price of this unit was within $20-$30 of all comparable local options, with a bonus that I ended up saving ~20% in local delivery charges due to being a member of Amazon Prime. It also was delivered within two days, as opposed to the two week lead time from local outlets.This is a very nice looking unit, very well made, every part fit flush and even. I was very pleased that the mounting holes for the glass doors were pre-drilled - this made what I usually find to be the most frustrating part of assembling furniture a breeze. I did find some of the listed measurements to be a bit deceiving - there is a decorative strip under the top of the unit which reduces the aperture of the topmost shelves a bit - I had difficulties fitting the center channel speaker until it dawned on me to place it from rear of the unit. I elected to leave the back open to provide better airflow to the components, if I had closed the unit this would have been a major issue.I use it to house an Panasonic TC65PS64, HK 2650 AVR, Polk 15C, DirecTV Genie, and Custom HTPC in a Moneaul 320S chassis. I would have no hesitation recommending this unit - just be mindful of depth and height of the components, especially if you plan to close the back.
