This stand is a beast. It weighs in at around 200 lbs so its no put together cheapo but at $699 is a steal. The stand was packed so well I think it could have fell off the truck and it wouldn't have hurt it. I have never seen something packed like this. It had real sheets of wood all around the inside of the box to protect it. I did have to attach the back which was no problem. It took about 10 minutes and they supplied the tool. Love the stand and highly recommend it.
